Refund policy

Livoro Club stands for quality. If you are not satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges under the following conditions.

RETURN WINDOW: 7 days from the date of delivery.

ELIGIBILITY:
- Product must be unused, unwashed, undamaged with all original tags attached
- Must be returned in original packaging
- Sale items and items purchased with special codes are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded (exchange only if defective)

PROCESS:
Email support@livoroclub.com with your order ID within 7 days. Once approved, ship the product to:
Livoro Club (Silwat Lifestyle), C-2/22, Diamond Industrial Park, Sachin, Surat – 395007, Gujarat, India

Shipping cost for returns is borne by the customer unless the product is defective or wrong.

REFUNDS:
After inspection, refunds are processed to original payment method within 7-10 working days. Exchanges are processed subject to stock availability.
